Natural vitamin E an effective antioxidant. The natural blend of vitamin E is more effective as an antioxidant, when compared to the synthetic form. "I have been taking 400 IU daily of Vitamin E for almost 40 years. I used to have bad leg cramps in my calves in the middle of the night. Vitamin E was recommended for my problem. Since I have taken Vit. E, I no longer get cramping unless I quit taking it for a few days. I now take 400 IU twice a day since I am older."

"I will buy any product which is in it's natural form over one that is in an unnatural form. In addition, this product contains mixed natural tocopherols, rather than a single type. The variety helps with absorption. I switched to this product over a year ago and am happy with the results. In addition to many other health benefits, it helps with dry skin and dry lips. "Vitamin E is an essential part of a multivitamin and mineral supplementation to achieve and maintain a healthy metabolism. I have always found that NSI Vitamin E supplementation has been very satisfactory at 800 IU a day. I am 64 and smoked for 50 years, but now am healthy in just about every department. I put this down to the wide ranging use of high dose vitamins and minerals and exercise.
