"I have never tried Hoodia before, and decided to try this one because it had a five star rating. I will have to say it works pretty good. Some days I feel a little more hungry than others, but what I've noticed is, when I eat something I get full really fast. You will notice that you won't have to eat as much. Give it about 5 to 10 days to really stop hunger, but it will work after the first few days and get better from there. I take 2 to 3 a day. Also I didn't want to take something that would later be dangerous, and I think this stuff is safe because it's natural."

"This stuff is ridiculously awesome. I take one pill with a glass of water when I get hungry and poof - my hunger is gone within minutes, i swear. This allows me to quit snacking between meals and eat less at meals, making it much easier to stick to a healthier, reduced-calorie diet. Better than caffeinated diet pills that give you jitters and anxiety. Better than the NSI glucomannan/hoodia combo which actually made me more hungry and gave me gas. I highly recommend this one!"

"I've started taking the pills before lunch, and I haven't felt hungry at all at lunch time. I take the recommended dose 1 or 2 pills. I take 2 and they keep me without having any hunger pains."
