"I like the fact you only need 4 capsules a day to get the required dosage. The added bonus of the nutrients for hair, skin, nails and energy saves having to take additional vitamins. "This product works well. The directions say to use 4 capsules per day, but I only take 2 a day and I feel fine. I tell all my friends about these vitamins. I felt better and my nails grew like crazy. I clean houses and I still have long nails. My hair still falls out in the shower, but not as much."

"I have tried many of the hair, skin, nail products on this site and this blows the others out of the water. My nails actually grew and they are perfect! (strong, not peeling, etc). I have actually receieved compliments on my skin (that has NEVER happened). My hair is shiny but I haven't noticed as big of a result with that. I have been traveling and that is always rough but my nails have survived this trip and that never happens. I have lost weight but that could also be due to travel...still. I will continue to use this product."

"I bought these to replace the hard to swallow non-capsule daily pack that my mother-in-law sent me. The ingredients were comparable but they are so much easier to take! I don't dread taking these because I know they're good for me and they don't get stuck in my throat. Great buy too!"
