"Well, it's not HURTING. It's very hard to me to tell if it's working. I take it 10 - 15 minutes before a meal with an above-average level of carbs (pasta, for instance). I have used 2 bottles over the last couple months and haven't noticed a significant difference, but haven't put on weight either, so I'll try them for a little longer."

"I've had a few girlfriends who've used this product with great success. Sadly, I am not one of them. Even after following the directions on the bottle, I ended up with horrible stomach cramps. Cramps were so bad, I had to take the day off work and stay near the bathroom! Not worth it."

"I have been taking Carb Intercept for approximately one-and-a-half years. I keep the capsuls in a pillbox in my purse and take two before I eat anything with carbs, up to six capsuls a day. I have lost sixty-five pounds. I think that the difference for me is that I don't have to take the an hour or half-hour before I eat. I would always forget. I love Carb Intercept because it also helps keep my gloucose levels stable. I have had many people ask me for my secret and I recommend Carb Intercept."

"great product, keeps the weight off. only downside is that the pills go through pretty fast so buy 1-2 boxes if you want to keep using it. you need to take 2 pills at each meal."

"I have been following a low carb lifestyle for 3-4 months now and carb intercept is always in my purse for those times when I just don't have a good choice. Cheating when following low carb can really through you off track, but I have not seen this happen when using carb intercept."

"I've been using this product for at least 2 years now, and it really works. I try to stick to a very low carb diet, but when I go out to eat for a special occasion, I use these as "damage control". I also have a 14 year old son who has to take medications that make him put on weight. So I use low carb for him as well. I have no qualms about him using these as they are made from natural kidney beans. Wonderful product!"

"I'll be honest, I have no idea what all of the scentific mumbo jumbo about what this product does is all about, but I know that it's doing something! I'm digesting food differently..... actually BETTER. I was taking fiber to get the full feeling and to aid in the "digestion process", but this does a much better job. Use it regularly before you eat and you'll be pleased. Plus I really like Natrol's products!"
