"As a long time runner with constant knee pain even when taking gluc-cond(which does help), I bought this without much hope of success. I was hoping for any extra relief when combined with the gluc-cond. Using with gluc-cond I have reduced knee pain quite a bit from running. I avg 20-30 miles per week. Bending down is less painful, I get less stiff when driving or riding in a car for extended periods. I have already recc. this product to others. Defintiely use the loading dose, then go to the 2 per day as recc."

"I did a lot of research on this product before I ordered it. Many studies/testing was done by trustworthy organizations with positive results. Unfortunately 2-4 weeks was the time that I was supposed to see results, I had no improvement at all. I am dealing with bad back pain from arthritis and compressed disks. I had high hopes."

"can be your best friend. or not. if it works for your aching knees like it does for mine, then there is no question that it is your best friend. can't live without it type of best friend. I love to play racquetball. after playing, my knees felt very painful, stiff, and pretty useless. by nighttime, the ache in my knees would keep me awake for hours. I could not sit and drive for more than an hour and a half tops without having to stop and get out of the car to walk for a while. since I started taking this (and it does not seem to work for everyone) i am mostly pain free and able to drive almost all day, and sleep at night. the ache is pretty much gone. don't know where I'd be without it. that is scary."
