"I bought this as a cheaper alternative to Paleogreens. The ingredients are very similar. This shake is ok mixed with yogurt or another protein powder but on it's own it's thin a bit chalky. It's really not very good. I'll use up the container, but probably won't reorder."

"I've been using the Alive! multivitamin and liked it so much I decided to try this shake. It's terrific! It mixes easily (many don't) and the taste is pretty good (many are not). I usually add it to frozen berries and soymilk. If I want it sweeter, I add stevia by Wisdom. Carries me over to the next meal, and packed with the nutrients of the multivitamin. It's nice to get your nutrition from a shake instead of always taking capsules. I'll reorder soon."

"Great taste, high in vitamins.... use only 1 scoop as opposed to 2 for most shake powders. mixes well with juice or milk (haven't tried water).
