"I have tried several of these types of products.some better than others.I really can't stand the taste of this one and just shoot it and chase it.The other thing I noticed is that it upsets my stomach if I take it on an empty stomach,I usually don't have problems with this.I do notice an increase in my energy if I take it first thing in the morning but after the first couple of weeks trying to make myself take it every day I gave up and still have some in the fridge which I will take occasionally."

"Overall, this liquid vitamin is very good. Minor annoyances involve how messy it is to pour (can't do so w/o dripping all down the side), nd it's bright orange and stains pretty badly."

"I bought this for my daughter because she has a hard time taking pills. She is very happy with. I also bought it for my husband and myself, I've read that liquid absorbs better than pill form. "I had weight loss surgery (Lap Band) in August and a friend suggest I try Buried Treasure VM-100. I was told to take a multiple vitamin, I tried chewables and other liquids but Buried Treasure is the one that I feel benefits me the most. All my labs have come back excellant. "I don't like vitamin ... never been faithful to take them. Bought this stuff to put in smoothies, and I will tell you, I am hooked. I have never taken a vitamin supplement where I could literally feel the engergy soaring through my body within thirty minutes afterwards. How crazy is that? I am not a nutritionist, but I have never had a supplement where I could feel the effects like this."

"I had hoped that this would taste a lot better than it did. I literally gagged on this the handful of times that I used it. I think I ended up dumping out half of the bottle because I just couldn't handle the flavor of it. It reminded me of rotten citrus."
