"I used this as a supplement to my multi-vitamin and calcium supplement. I have since found a calcium supplement with a high level of magnesium in it, so I was going to discontinue buying it.
A previous reviewer claimed that it helped her sleep, so I tried it one night when I either couldn't get to sleep or couldn't stay asleep. Low and behold, it seemed to have worked. Still skeptical, thinking it may have been a coincidence, I tried it on another occasion when sleep wouldn't come, and I started yawing about 15 minutes after taking one pill. I fell asleep shortly after.
Needless to say I will continue purchasing for this reason alone. These pills are easy to swallow, and the price for the amount that you get is reasonable."

"I use it as a natural sleeping pill. One or two tablets before bed and unlike some herbal remedies there's no awakening in a few hours later. I sleep like a baby the whole night. Love it!"
