"Tasty, full of protein (22 gr in a bar) and exactly what I need after a workout :) I tried a few different flavors, this one (Cinnamon Bun) is one of my favorites (it has white frosting instead of chocolate which all the others have) my favorite is the Cookie Dough)."

"Eaten off on for years i prefer THIS CINAMON Flavor, over any of choc versions , (but like the mint).
This has cinnamon not TOO SWEET!.
HAS icing like a cinnabun, put in micro for 10 sec , it enhances cinnamon and with coffee is a GREAT HI PROTEIN , LOW Fat meal replacement and only 3 CARBS,
