"For me, male, 5'9", athletic toned, I was already down to 158 from like 160-162 after using Dexatrim max complex 7 and after three bottlles of Tonalin XS-CLA over the summer, my weight staying at 158. Work out everyday with ellipical machine and I don't really over eat, so I'm some what dissapointed."

"This product was just not for me. I had to quit taking it after about 5 days because I started getting a very bad metalic taste in my mouth. At first I was shocked and couldn't figure out what was going on then I looked it up and found out that could be a side effect. It took about 48 hrs to completely get rid of the really nasty taste!"

"I have been working out for years and very few things I've tried by way of fat burners have worked for me but I was hopeful from the other reviews. I have finished the bottle and notice very little difference. However, I have started another bottle just to see if maybe it will take a bit longer to kick in. If I don't notice any changes over the next 2 weeks or so, I will not continue to use."

"This is my 2nd time trying this product. 1st time, I lost weight but figured it was just my diet & exercise. But after gaining back the weight from too many calories & lack of exercise a year later, I went back to healthy eating & exercise without seeing more than a loss of 1/2 to 1 pound a week & feeling healthier. After adding Tonalin to the same routine has helped me to lose about 3 lbs a week now. I take 1 softgel with lunch and another with dinner. I've had no adverse side effects, my heart doesn't race, I don't act hyperactive, so this is definitely better for me than taking diet pills. Hope you have the same results that I've had, or better! Good luck!"

"I have been taking Tonalin for about a month along with the rest of my daily supplements.
