"This product is great when you feel a cold or other illness coming on and don't feel as good as you know you should. It does seem to help boost your immune system. My husband says he feels some relief shortly after taking it. Many times I take it when I feel like I am starting to get sick (like a scratchy or sore throat starting) and I never really get sick. I give it to my family even if they are really sick (past the onset) to help boost their immune system and get well as soon as possible. The taste isn't bad: it definitely tastes like berries. I still drink some water afterwards because it has a strong berry taste. I really like this product."
