"Once I discovered through research that most canned foods come in cans that contain bisphenol-A (BPA), which is an artificial estrogen used to create the plastic polycarbonate, I searched for an alternative and found that Eden Organic Beans come in cans lined with naturally derived plant substances. So, if it's true that we vote with our buying power, then this is an example where we can show that we do not want the toxic substances that are constantly imposed upon us."

"This is high quality and doesn't have preservatives in it. Taste is great. I use it on salads or it can be used to make hummos."
