"I am VERY pleased with everything about this product. It was easy to order, was priced well for what is basically a 2-month supply, and arrived quickly. I have been singing the praises of Life-Flo Progesta-Care to many of my friends. I have had much more energy and a huge improvement in mood since I began using it more than a month ago. I also really like the convenience of the pump dispenser provided a measured amount for each application. "I have been using this product (in combination with others) for four months now to eleviate premenstrual and perimenopausal systems. My menstrual cycle was coming every 21 days -- now it has increased to 24 days. I experienced severe breast tenderness -- now the tenderness has virtually disappeared. "This is the first pro cream I purchased after finding out I was peri. I was very disappointed; it's grainy, doesn't absorb well, and the pump pumps on AT LEAST 1/2 tsp. at a time! If using it twice a day like I was you are using way more than the recommendations of not using more than two ounces of this product in 30 days! And as if that wasn't bad enough - the pump stopped working on mine about half way through the bottle which was a royal pain to get the cream out! All and all I would try a different cream before using this one!"

"I have used this cream for a few years now, and I've also tried a couple other brands. I like this one the best of the ones I've tried, but it is not perfect. It seems to vary in quality or consistency. Sometimes it has a slightly gritty feel which does not feel good going on my skin at all. And sometimes it is sticky. When I'm lucky, I get a good "batch" that is soft and creamy without being greasy. I have tried a number of different doses over the years, and I do find the effects are consistent once I've adjusted to a new dosage. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to try a progesterone cream with high quality ingredients and not alot of added stuff that you really don't need."

"I have been having issues with estrogen dominance and fibroids and have been told by my MD to use topical progesterone daily. I am 55 and have tried other products. I prefer Life Flo as it does seem to help and I can deal with the ingredients in the delivery system which make application and absorption a snap on your skin. Another brand had stuff in it which was slippery and slid all over and made a big mess while applying.
