"I read all of the reviews prior to purchasing this product and was excited with the positive lean of said reviews. I took this product for 4 weeks and saw absolutely no results whatsoever. "I've been taking this for about a week which is really too soon to claiim anything but I have been doing it in conjunction with weight lifting and increasing my caloric intake. I have noticed that with the increase in calories I'm not packing on fat like I normally do which is nice. I'm not 100% sure if its from the cla or because I have been weight lifting but I will keep taking this product."

"CLA 1300 arrived to my home about 3 wks ago and I've lost 5 pounds, I haven't done anything different only thing that has change is that I was 149 three wks ago now I weigh 143, I didn't think I was actually losing weight until I got on the scale I was so used to the scale saying the same thing no matter how hard or long I worked out, people were asking if I had lost some weight but I guess I was setting myself up to believe it wasn't going to work but that way I wouldn't be disappointed.
