"I know you have to doctor things up to make kids take them but these are too sugary to really make a difference I think! The first three ingredients are Glucose (corn), sucrose & fructose (corn)! I didn't realize this prior to purchasing this and we have used several other products that Nutrition Now has (this is why I didn't give it a lower rating). This only has 100 mg of Vitamin C and your kids bodies will be digesting the sugars so profusely that I would bet they don't get any of the Vitamin C to actually help them, not to mention 100 mg is hardly anything. I think kids should have several thousand mg a day and Vitacosts' NSI Liquid Vitamin C is great to add to juice or just to take with a spoon!"
