"I stopped taking B12 for a couple of months and def felt the difference, I was very irratable and moody and my energy level just SANK big time. I run 20 miles per week and I need my energy, not realizing what was making me so blah feeling, I took a look back and realized maybe it was the B12. So I ordered it again and within one day of taking again I feel much more energetic and less stressed out! Never again will I not take my B12!!"

"I was amazed at how much better I felt. In my opinion, I felt better over a short time after starting B12 dots. I noticed more energy and was able to cope with certain situations with more peace and a lot less apprehension. I would definitely recommend this product."

"The first day or two I took it, I felt very energetic, but I haven't really in the last few days. I admit I haven't been as sleepy as usual, but it may just be the placebo effect. This will probrably work if you actually have a B12 defieciency."

"I would highly recommend this product if you are stressed, get agitated easily, or if you have trouble focusing and get overwhelmed because you have a million things on your mind at once. This product gently calms you. It's hard to explain, but it just makes you feel more mentally healthy and gives you the energy to better equip you to deal with the stresses of the day - work, mother-in-law, etc. At first I didn't know if this was doing anything for me, until I stopped taking them, and I noticed I became more irritable and easily overwhelmed. Definitely give this a try if you can relate to my above comments."
