"I have long thick hair and need a conditioner that will not only nurish my hair but allow me to run a comb thru it. This is a great product. I use the shampoo as well and love that I'm not putting all of those harmful chemicals on my head. I bought 5 of each and put them in large pump bottles for ease in the shower. I even convinced my husband to use it and he was a committed Pantene Pro V 2 in 1 guy. Really a quality product."

"I bought this because it would ship in 24 hrs and I needed the other stuff in my order. I wish I would have just waited for the Hyland's Bumps and Bruises!
This product is very thin and watery and slid all over when trying to apply.
It did help with bruiing, but not muscle aches so much."

"I bought this for my husband. He loves the shampoo but I realized he wasn't using much of the conditioner and asked why. He said the conditioner is (as expected) much thicker than the shampoo and because of the stiffness of the bottle it is difficult to get out. He says the conditioner's OK but he doesn't have time in the morning to wrestle it out of the bottle."

"I really like this Shampoo and coordinating conditioner but the packaging is all wrong. Honestly, I won't buy it again just for this reason. The bottles are rectangular which makes them difficult to squeeze- especially the thick conditioner. I've had to bang my bottles against the shower wall in order to get the liquids to fall toward the opening and then squeeze as hard as I can. Now that I'm getting down to the end I think I'll have to end up cutting the bottles open so I can scoop them out. I like the actual product but the packaging makes a huge difference."

"I just don't like the smell of tea tree oil. Also, in order for this product to condition my (straight, relatively healthy) hair properly I have to leave it in my hair for five minutes before rinsing. If I leave it in for a minute and rinse, my hair is hard to brush through and feels unconditioned. If you are willing to leave it in for a bit and like the smell of tea tree oil this is a good product! :)"

"i normally don't write reviews but i so disliked this conditioner that i wanted to add my 2 cents. while i loved the shampoo i won't buy the conditioner again. it was nice and thick but i still felt i needed a leave in conditioner to remove the tangles and make my hair feel soft. also as another reviewer said it's so thick it's hard to get it out of the bottle once it's a little empty. i won't be buying this conditioner again."

"I have only positive comments regarding the quality of this conditioner, as well as the Tea Tree Shampoo. It works wonderfully and I love the tingling sensation. Makes my hair feel really clean and doesn't leave any build-up. My only complaint is the bottle design. The bottle is thin and rigid and the conditioner is very thick, so it is difficult to squeeze the conditioner out of the bottle, especially when the bottle is not full. Giovanni definitely needs to do something about this problem, because it is very frustrating."
