"with so much evidence being done that shows tablets not being utilized by the body, (many do not disolve and thru xrays, are tracked being expelled intact) I look for gelatin capsules or preferably, softgels for any supplement or medication. People pay enough for their supplements or meds, so getting the nourishment from the supplement instead of throwing it down the drain is awesome. These supplements are large, but the gelatin tastes good so it isn't a big problem to make sure the gels are wet so they slide down easily without much trouble. if there is still trouble with that, you can always just make a hole in the gelatin and squeeze the product into juoce and then swallow the gelatin because some will still be in the capsule."

my age group. Only difficulty is size of pill--need to let coating dissolve in mouth for several minutes before swallowing with water."

"Gel cap is very large and I find it hard to swallow. When you open the bottle has very strong odor and leaves an aftertaste."
