"I usually skimp on calcium because I can't stand taking the big horse pills. These, however, are softgels and go down much easier and I've been able to get myself to take two/day consistently, one in the morning and one in the evening, without feeling like a brick is sitting in my stomach afterward. As for effectiveness, how can you tell? But I rated it 5 stars because I'm taking the recommended daily dose and how effective could it be if you don't?"

"I have always had trouble with calcium repeating and they have also been hard to swallow. Schiff Softgels is the only calcium that I will now take. There is no repeating and they are very easy to swallow. I recommend them if you have had any trouble with taking calcium."
