"I get the hot flashes, the night sweats, but the regular estroven does not help me with the mood swings and is too much for me with the hot flashes and night sweats. I found that this PMS Estroven works prefect for what I need."

"I'd agree with the other reviewer who said she'd take this on a desert isle...I agree. I love that you only take it as you need it, and the price is really great compared to in-store cost. It is not a panacea for all symptoms of PMS (or PMDD), but it sure takes the edge off!"

"If you have bad cramps every month like me and the only thing that helps is three ibuprofen or more. I strongly recommend this. I could not believe something natural and good for you actually works. This is the best and no side effects.
Plus it not only helped me, but also my daughter who also has real bad cramps. It also takes care of bloating and many other to mention."
