"Coconut Oil is a excellent replacement fro butter without the harmful chemicals of margarine and Coconut oil is actually good for you and for stabilizing weight. I use it to fry eggs, saute veggoes, use in place of butter on toast, bake brownies.....endless possibilities and the flavor is simply delightful. Bear in mind the consistancy will be hard at room temp. unless you live in a warn climate with no AC and then the product will liquify. Just be careful when you scoop out some to place in a pan thqat a little goes a long way ans the consistancy heats down quickly. Great stuff! Been completely off butter 1 year now and don't miss it at all!"

"Besides cooking with this coconut oil, I use it as a moisturizer on my face, on my body, on my hair before washing and as a deoderant with a little pure essential oil. It does not feel sticky and does not leave an oily mark on my clothes. It is amazing stuff! Haven't we been told that we should not put anything on our skin that we wouldn't be prepared to eat?!"

"Garden of Life coconut oil is a great source of healthy fat. It is an excellent choice for cooking at higher heat, and the flavor does not stand out/compete with the other tastes in your food. I especially appreciate the fact that it comes in a glass jar, as chemicals from plastics tend to migrate into fat even more than other contents. I have smelled other coconut oils and even ones that say "natural" or "unrefined" sometimes have a slight solvent odor."

"I purchased this to help maintain my weight. The only thing I don't like are the calories. I do not take the recommended amount for this reason. I use this in place of other oils to cook and bake with. I even use it in my coffee for a coconut flavor, it is greasy but tastes great. Less fat than creamers though."
