"I supplement with a protein powder nearly every day, alternating whey protein with a plant-based protein. I like Goatein because goats milk is easier to digest than cows milk. The taste is fine and it mixes okay but I take it with a fruit smoothie and use a blender. Those reviewers complaining about texture and taste must be blending the powder by shaking or hand mixing. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product."

"I'm not a breakfast eater so I've learned to sub with nutritious shakes. I've used several protein powders for a breakfast shake but they've either not agreed with me or have not made a noticeable difference. After much reading, I tried Gotein in my almond coconut shake and have loved it. Best source of protein and good to my tummy!"

"I was using a low temp whey. I decided to give this product a try. I have to say I am very happy with this product. I do add a packet of stevia and a little fruit. then it taste great. other wise you can tell it is from goat milk. which might take a little getting use to."

"I am usually the kind of person that can tolerate most things especially if it's costly. I couldn't even force myself to complete this bottle of dried milk. I tried using it things while cooking and such, but all I could taste was the powdered milk product taste. I was dissapointed considering the makers, I expected better."

"This protein powder is highly beneficial for all blood groups. I drink it daily. I like that there is no bloating, or gas issue hours later. It satisfies and sustains me for 6 hours. The price is a little high, but the quality is there."

"You won't find a higher quality, safer Goat's milk product than Garden of Life produces. It's also a very nice product but does have a little goaty taste. Se beware!"
