"I've tried several different enzyme formulations, including Digest Gold which works great but is still way too expensive for me, and I've found CompleteGest works the best for the money. I have much less bloating, cramping and better elimination. I did contact Enzymatic Therapy who makes this product to see what the difference is between this product and their Meal Time Digestive Enzymes as I noticed they contain the same enzymes in the same milligram amount, but the Meal Time Digestive Enzymes are comparatively less expensive and they come in 180 caps. They said it was the same product, but that the activity labeling was left off the Meal Times version. I've tried both and the CompleteGest seems to work a bit better (placebo effect?), but I've still found both quite effective."

"I have tried almost every enzyme food product on the market and at last I have found one that works. Taking two pills with each meal has allowed me to eat fruits and vegetables that I've avoided. If I forget to take with meal, after meal works also. This product is a life saver."
