"First off it's nice to know that you can get a purer fish oil at a fair price. The fish oil that is sold at my local super market in the health food section is overprice and not even close to the quality of these. And for some reason I do not have the 'fish burps' nearly as often like I do with other products. Because of the price I can afford to take three of these per day. I take them for obvious overall health but mainly for hormonal balance. I haven't gone without them so I can't fairly say they make all the difference (also b/c I take many Chinese herbals), but I will continue to take them as they are recommended by not only the MD but the colon therapist and herbalist as well."

"I actually didn't like this product. This is one of the first products I've purchased from here that didn't work. I understand that a lot of omega supplements give you that after burp fish taste. This one gives you a strawberry after burp, which is much more pleasant. The bad part for me was that it made my stomach burn...almost all the time. It was very unpleasant for the week or so that I tried it, thinking the problem might go away. I would not recommend this to anyone who has a sensitive stomach. The other thing was that it never stated clearly on the bottle that it was free of mercury and metals. I would think it should say that somewhere."

"I went to a nutritionist last year and she advised me to take Omega 3's, which I was already doing. When she informed me that most products do not contain the amount needed to have a beneficial effect, I was surprised. You should look for a combined total of 1,000 mg of EPA and DHA. Most products will say they have 2,000 mg of Omega when it doesn't actually consist of that much DHA and EPA. Look at the labels! It makes a world of difference and this product has it. No fishy burps afterwards either! Bonus!!"
