"I don't know about it producing more GH or anything, but this has a great amino acid and vitamin profile. I work out in the evening, so I'm very interested in as much recovery supporting supplementation I can get, and this is rich in all the good stuff. It also makes me sleepy, which is nice :-) I love it and will continue to take it. The only downside is, I feel like it's a lot for my body to be processing while sleeping, and sometimes I can feel my body working a little harder after taking it... but that's OK, it's all part of the rebuilding process, and this *helps* me sleep (and stay asleep through the night) so I don't see that as a downside. Love this stuff."

"At first I did not connect the dots. I am into bodybuilding, as such, I am prone to look in the mirror (a little too much?). I thought I was starting to look like I had a fat layer and could not figure out why. A few weeks later I suddenly staretd to evacuate copious amounts of fluid. I realized I had run out of this stuff a few days before. I did some research -- a side effect of GH is water retention. I realized that since I had stopped taking it, I was excreting the water. I do not see the h2o retention as a bad -- I see it as evidence that this stuff works. I definitely was sleeping more deeply with more dreams. I think I felt better, but I have so many bottles of supplements that I would not claim for sure that the well being was directly from this."

"I've only been taking the product for a month now. I take 4 caps just before going to bed. I've never noticed that the product keeps me awake at nights, as some have mentioned. So far, I really haven't noticed that the product has done anything for me. I will give it another month or two and see what happens. Each night, I break open the capsules into a tablespoon. I then empty the contents into my mouth and wash it down with a bit of orange juice. If you use water, you won't like the taste very well. It has a salty flavor. The juice will mask the flavor."
