"You can't beat the price for starters...

I just started using carb blocker because I've been fairly carb-sensitive lately. I have noticed that my blood sugar remains pretty stable throughout the day using this product. I have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast around 7:30 a.m. and I'm usually hungry by 10-10:30 a.m. Now I take 2 carb blockers before the oatmeal and I'm not yet hungy at noon!

I don't feel bloated at all after consuming rice or pasta. I also find I don't want as much food including my favorites.

If I do decide to snack, I make sure I take CB first and wait 10 minutes. That really helps keep the snacks to a minimum. By the time I get to the snack, I don't want it as much.

I am going to continue with this product and will report back after a month or so as to whether it's helping me lose weight."

"As an insulin dependant diabetic
I had hoped that this product would lessen the "spike" in glucose after eating a balanced dinner. I did not consume any more carbs, but I did not notice any reduction in the glucose readings 2 hours after eating or the next morning's fasting reading. The only thing this product absorbed was my money."

"I can honestly say that this product has made a difference in my life. I started a low carb diet to facilitate my weight loss. "I received the product on Christmas Eve. Although I've only lost a few pounds since, I also didn't gain any weight with all the available holiday goodies, that I did indulge in.

I've also noticed that it seems most effective if I take two tablets 10-15 minutes before eating as opposed to 5-10 minutes as recommended on the bottle. The best part is that it's killed my desire to munch between meals.

I'm going to stick with it for a while, and see if the progress picks up teh pace now that I've got a little more free time to devote to a little more exercise."
