NSI Carb Blocker With Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer -- 1000 mg - 120 Capsules

NSI Carb Blocker with Phase 2®  is a natural extract from white kidney beans that may help diminish the effects of the enzyme responsible for the absorption of carbohydrates. The Carb Blocker starch-neutralizer nutrient helps to inhibit the digestive enzyme alpha amylase before it can convert starch into glucose (sugar), and then fat. If these sugar calories are not converted to "fuel" and stored as fat, then the result is weight gain. If you are looking to complement your diet and exercise program, simply take two capsules, along with 8 ounces of water, at the beginning of a meal that contains carbohydrates-such as starch-rich pasta and potatoes.  . "I use this product when I have meals with high carbs I believe it is working I'm not putting on weight and I don't feel that heaviness afterwards like you usually do after a high carb meal.

"I can honestly say that this product has made a difference in my life. I started a low carb diet to facilitate my weight loss. I have been missing my pasta and I have a favorite dish at one of my restaurants that I have had a hard time giving up. I take these pills 15 minutes before the meal and they work. "I received the product on Christmas Eve. Although I've only lost a few pounds since, I also didn't gain any weight with all the available holiday goodies, that I did indulge in.

I've also noticed that it seems most effective if I take two tablets 10-15 minutes before eating as opposed to 5-10 minutes as recommended on the bottle. The best part is that it's killed my desire to munch between meals.

I'm going to stick with it for a while, and see if the progress picks up teh pace now that I've got a little more free time to devote to a little more exercise."

"I did not see that it did anything for me. I bought it in conjunction with Hoodia in the hopes that I could lose a few pounds, but using it with high carb meals.. not only did I not lose any weight, but I actually gained a pound or two and I wasn't overeating! I certainly won't buy it again."

"The NSI Carb Blocker With Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer is a very good product. While I generally restrict my intake of simple carbohydrates, this becomes difficult when traveling and conducting business with clients and colleagues. This product opens up my choices at restaurants and allows me to focus on the business at hand. By inhibiting the digestive enzyme alpha amylase, which is responsible for starch to sugar conversion, the white kidney bean extract in the NSI Carb Blocker product effectively reduces the calories that are stored by the body as fat. When eating restaurant portions of carbohydrate-laden meals, this product can help avoid the 300+ calories of carbs that would be stored from that oversized plate. Ultimately, the NSI Carb Blocker reduces the "rework" I have to do in the gym after a business trip."

"I have taken this product on and off for the past few years. It allows me to not worry about eating too much carbs. I love breads and pastas and would never be able to give them up. I can maintain my weight easily while taking this, one or two before a starch heavy meal. I do exercise 5 x a week and have a good diet. It is really good for keeping off the last 5 lbs or so."

"I only have a qualitative review. AFter taking the pils and eating a sandwich or chips (corn or potato), it seems to work similar to fiber, in that you can feel your stomach rumbling and it pushes the food through. I have bought two bottles now, and will buy another when this runs out. It does help keep weight down, and even aid in losing, but that's my feeling, i have not done any quantitative analysis."
