"these soy nuts contain a lot of soy protein per serving and taste great -- I particularly like that there's no oil involved in the roasting process and there's no sodium --since too much calcium is bad for the prostate, I also like that there's no added calcium (unlike most soy powders and soy milks) -- I highly recommend this product"
