"I've been taking this multivitamin for more than six months, and noticed a difference after just one. My hair and nails grow faster than they ever have before (which I hate, but at least I know it's working), and I feel more energetic and 'well' than I have in a long time. I got almost as much a boost from these as I do from working out regularly. Finally, they're one of the most complete multis I've found anywhere. Bottle recommends 4 capsules daily, so I take them 2 and 2 with meals."

"I have tried many different multi vitamins, but this one after a month, I noticed my nails were harder and not spliting. So I guess they are working. Taking 3 a day is not so bad. I do not like when you have to take more than that."

"I chose this multivitamin because of the excellent reviews on it and that it is ranked in the top 5 of over 500 vitamins tested in US and Canada according to the Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements written by Lyle MacWilliam. I am 29 and have taken a prenatal vitamin for the last 5 years or so. Now after two children I needed to find a well rounded vitamin and this is it. I take 1 tablet twice a day, along with fish oil (Source Naturals) 1 capsule twice a day, and calcium (Citracal). I have had trouble with slight adult acne and this product has really improve my complexion. The vitamins do have an odor that takes some getting used to but it is well worth it. I highly recommend this product to everyone."

"This is the best multivitamin I have ever taken. I feel energetic every day. I recommended it to my sister who went on vacation with my parents. While on vacation, my mom tried them. "Pros: Relatively inexpensive Capsules make it easy to swallow I feel good when I'm on it Cons: My urine comes out disturbingly yellow. Sometimes, I only take 3 capsules instead of 4 recommended capsules. That seems to help."

"I have been taking Source Naturals Life Force Multiple No Iron -- 180 Capsules for about 3 months and even though I did not take them everyday as directed in the first few weeks I noticed big change in how I felt. My hair & nails have been growing really fast, my nail are long & strong.(never got long & always pealed, ripped & flipped) I wear my hair short & over my ears I usually get a hair cut 3-5 a YEAR,(grew really slow) I have had to have two hair cuts in the last 2 months and since I have been taking them everyday now its seems to be doing even better. I have had more energy than I have had in years. My skin even feels so much better, soft & smooth, it was alway dry & flaky, no matter what I did."
