"This product is a little more potent than the last few I've tried. I seem to be able to sleep through the night without frequent trips to the bathroom. I think this has really helped in that respect."

"I read the reviews for this product and decided to try it for myself. It does work fairly well and quickly. I still wake up during the night to go to the bathroom but it is once an night. Before this product I was getting up 3 or more times a night. FOr the value compaired to other brands you should give this a try."

"I had been taking 6 Saw Palmetto a day, now with Beta Sitosterol I only take one in the AM and one in the PM. It took about 3 days for me to see a change. Great Stuff!"

"I've taken other products, such as saw palmetto, with not much effect. After a few weeks of taking this, I had less discomfort. This has worked for me and have had virtually no prostate pain or discomfort."

"Beta Sitosterol is probably the best product offered for a prostrate gland that is growing. I think it beats all other products, and also prescription drugs for the same purpose. It is very inexpensive, and Natural Source has one of the best."

"Beta Sitosterol at 300mg per day is essential for cholesterol control/ healthy lipid profile (combine with 25mg gugglesterones, 40mg soy isoflavones and flax oil for even better results). "prior to using beta sitosterol i was getting up 3 or 4 times a night. tried another product with 300 mg and within a few weeks it was down to 2 or 3 times a night. starting taking source naturals mega strenght beta sitosterol twice a day and now i usually get up once a night. its a great improvement. been taking source naturals mega beta sitosterol for over three years."

"I lowered my Cholesterol from 270 to 170 in 4 months with this product as the foundation of a suppliment program. I did not wan to take Liprotor, or others. I started wtih 2twice a day to lower, now I maintain with 1 tab every day."
