"This is a great product. One capsule gives you all three very important supplements. CO Q 10 is expensive and getting 200 mg in this capsule is great plus the other two.
I was taking CO Q10 separately and I do not notice a difference this works as well.
I have noticed a decrease in appetite which is a plus attribute that to Acetyl L-Carnitine.

"I have been using this product for about 35 days now, and I was wondering how long it takes to feel its effects. Maybe I am taking it at the wrong time?
