"i just finished reading all the past reviews, & i agree with the later reviews that i haven't seen any change or improvement after taking these. my energy level is still the same--low.
anyhow, someone was asking for a tip, so here it is: coq10 is fat soluble so for better absorption, you need to eat something that has some good fat in it before taking the supplement.
another was also inquiring for a lower-dosage version of this supplement. check out kyolic cardio-logic; it's got coq10, l-carnitine, & ala plus organic garlic & a few vitamins. my sister takes it, but i have yet to try it myself coz i still have a full bottle of nsi's."

"This is a great product. One capsule gives you all three very important supplements. CO Q 10 is expensive and getting 200 mg in this capsule is great plus the other two.
I was taking CO Q10 separately and I do not notice a difference this works as well.
I have noticed a decrease in appetite which is a plus attribute that to Acetyl L-Carnitine.
Would certainly recommend great price and value and it works. Michelle"

"I have been using this product for about 35 days now, and I was wondering how long it takes to feel its effects. Maybe I am taking it at the wrong time? I read one review that the person takes it just before working out. Can't say anything bad about it, but not sure it's working. Does anyone have any tips?
