"I was looking for a good vitamin to take and I ended up deciding on this b/c it had enough calcium and the other vitamins/minerals that I wanted. So far I have really felt good. Right after I started taking them I found out I was pregnant, so it made me feel good knowing that my body was getting enough calcium in the beginning. And since this product is in capsule form I feel like I'm getting more bang for my buck. I have taken tablets before and you just feel like they are going right through your body without any benefits. I think this product is great."
