"You can't go wrong with this bar. It has a lot of protein and fiber that I need. I take it in the morning and mid afternoon.

The taste is pretty good also."

"I have tried many different brands of bars. I use them for a meal-on-the-go rather than a snack. So for me it is important that I get a good amount of protein and fiber. Kashi bars have both, and taste good too. The chocolate coating holds up better than most in heat too. Definitely one of the best brands available for nutrition and taste."
