"I prefer this to the more intense version of Tiger balm.
The scent is more bearable and it is very effective too.

It alleviates the pain and helps the bruise to go away faster."

"my step-daughter recommended the white tiger balm for headaches and both my husband and I find it really does help...just a small amount rubbed on the forehead usually does the trick"

"I always have a jar or 2 on hand- I prefer the regular strength as opposed to the ultimate, extra strength, or the red. those are too caustic on my skin anyway. A little on my temple(s) if I have a headache, a dab on my shoulder, elbow if I am aching.... works better than bengay, or any of the others... GOOD STUFF!!!"
