"With previous products I've used, it's difficult to tell if it's the product that's helping or some other variable. However, since I don't really need to change anything other than taking the CLA, it's much easier to track the effectiveness of this product. When I take it, I lose weight. When I stop, it starts to come back.

Normally the weight return would bother me since I don't like taking any product long term; but since CLA is already much lower in our diet than it once was (caused by livestock being raised on an unnatural diet), I consider CLA to be more of a supplement similar to a multivitamin."

"The nice lady at the health food store told me that it would work over about 3 months. But i am already seeing results. I dont get to exercise much but im eating right and in about a month.. im thrilled with the results because im not "fat" in so many words.. im just young with 2 kids already so its been harder to get back to where i was but this stuff is amazing"
