"The following were my motivations for purchasing this product: I felt like my joints were somewhat weak after not working out or exercising for two years. I was experiencing a weak feeling as I first started getting back into weight training and cardio. Also, I had injured my knee a few months before purchasing this, so I was also experiencing some tenderness and small amounts of pain in my knee. And, finally, I also turned 28 years old and felt like I sure wasn't as young and durable as I used to be and thought I could use the extra help to get back in shape.
After using this product for about a year now, I am in shape and my joints are pretty resilient, but I can't know for sure if it was the product or just the fact that I have been working out very regularly. Naturally, by having a regular workout, one's body should be able to build up joint strength and increase durability within them. Therefore, I'm still undecided as to whether this product really was the cause for me feeling like my joints are strong again.
I know for sure that I will continue to take it, in the case that it did help and will continue to help. I'd be very frustrated if I stopped taking it and then I end up hurting a joint, because it really was helping the whole time. Plus, the price is cheap enough that I am willing to continue paying for it, even if just for the peace of mind that it may be helping me.
Sorry for no concrete proof one way or another on this product. Maybe I'm too young of a candidate for a true test... (29 at the time of writing this).

"I began having left knee pain several years ago. I finally tried NSI Glucosamine Sulfate and within several weeks, the pain was almost completely gone. I used the product for quite a long time with good results. Then after a while I began thinking maybe it was a fluke and did not reorder after running out. "I have used glucosamne 500 mg. as recommended by a chiropractor, twice a day. It is difficult to find glucosamine alone and not in combination. Vitacost is a dependable source for many items.
