"I use it when I feel I might have stomach problems. usually. Take 2 at night. It doesn't have a rapid reaction, you won't go running to the restroom after taking this laxative. However when it's time to go, it's just simply easier. Very effective and balanced herbal laxative. Not severe like the ones you would pickup from your local drug store. Relaxing is keyword."

"I have tried many different "natural" laxatives and this one does not give you stomach cramps but your bowel movements will not be natural. You will go. The first few times it did give me lower back pain. Prob breaking it all up?"

"I know I can always rely on it. One thing you must know is, you always need to be by a near by restroom with in a couple of hours ( usually anywhere from 6-8 hrs after taking it, I've noticed for myself)"
