"I've been taking these pretty consistently for the past two months, along w/using the same brand of shampoo and the topical hair nutrient. I don't have male pattern baldness but am taking these for a receding hairline. So far, my hair seems to be a bit thicker, but very very little new hair growth has occurred. I've found a few new hairs growing beyond my current hairline, and that's about it. I have very short hair and wash my hair in the sink about once a week to gauge my hair loss, still hasn't changed."

"I originally started Shen Min Advanced for Men three years ago to try to stop or reverse graying hair. Hard to judge the degree to which it has worked for this purpose as my hair is still somewhere between dark brown and gray. However, I've observed another very positive effect with this product, and that's why I'm recommending it. Before I started, my hair started getting brittle and wirey. After just a few months of taking the recommended daily dosage, my hair stylist exclaimed "what happened to your hair, it's become soft and fluffy". That sealed it for me. I am still using it, but at a reduced level of only about four tablets per week and the effect seems to stay."

"this old chinese discovered herb now has its "active ingredient" extracted-standerdized. this product increases hair growth and adds black color to the hair. there is nothing else to say except that the cost is high"
