"I initaily took ths product to support myselfin recoveng from an attack of BEL's Palsy, whch I think did help. As a residual benefit, I noticed I felt in a lot better disposiion. I have been taking it daily since because I experience such relief from depression."

"Purchased this product to help my body deal with stress. I have noticed that since taking it, some dry patches on my face (stress induced) have begun to clear. Also has a wonderful flavor. It suggests mixing it with juice but I just add it to ice water and it's great. Be sure that it is ice water though. I first tried it in just cold water and about lost my cookies."

"I do not take B complex tablets or capsules becasue of the awful taste they leave in my mouth. This is the best liquid B Complex and does not leave an aftertaste in my mouth. It is very good mixed with juice."
