"My hair was falling out and breaking due to contaminates in our well water. I was told to get hair products with Biotin. I tried Avalons Biotin conditioner since it was recommended higher. After a month I saw no difference except my hair was drier and duller. I then bought this conditoner and after a month using it, I have noticed my hair growing back and is much fuller. It no longer is breaking as well. Love this conditioner, just bought the shampoo."

"For this price, I definitely wasn't expecting such quality. I love this conditioner! After shampooing with the biotin shampoo, I used the conditioner under the dryer for a few minutes. After that, I rinsed with cool water and the tingling sensation of the mint of my scalp was heaven and it smells great too!"

"I feel that it left my hair really oily. My hair would feel like it was clean in the shower and then I'd go to dry and flat iron my hair like I normally do and my hair would be really oily which didn't happen with other conditioners, I used the shampoo too so I don't know if that's what does it, the comination of the two, I just wouldn't recommend it unless you have a dry scalp and need the moisture, I have normal hair."

"Even though I am licensed and able to buy professional products at a discount, I only stick with all-natural (cruelty-free) brands such as this one. Most of the natural-type conditioners I've tried have been way below par. However this biotin conditioner was the most effective (compared to all the others I've tried) at smoothing out my hair. I could not give it a 5, but would still recommend it...As my hair is highlighted and pretty dry. What I do like is that it does not leave your hair feeling weighed down and my hair has a lot of body after using it. Would definitely recommend against all those drug store brands!"

"I'm disappointed in this product. It smells excellent, seems to have a very good consistency, but simply doesn't work well with my hair. I don't get the same conditioning effects with this brand as say, for example, Jason brand conditioners. It's OK, but not wonderful. I won't be buying again."

"I have mixed feelings about this conditioner. It doesn't leave that "slip" in your hair after using it, I suspect because there are no "-cones" in it, which makes it a bit difficult to comb your hair out after showering, if you have long hair. That said, I have noticed that after my hair dries, it does feel pretty soft, so I think the conditioner is doing its job. But I do wish it was a little easier to comb through my hair after use. If you leave it on your hair, especially if you get it massaged on your scalp, it has a nice tingly feeling that I love. And the minty scent is great."
