"Arnica is a product that I make sure we NEVER run out of. It works wonders for sprains, bruises and muscle aches. If you are an athlete, Arnica is your best friend! For example, we rubbed Arnica all over our muscles after our first Olympic triathlon, and we didn't even feel sore the next day. It is great for kid's aches and pains after sports workouts too. "Both my husband and his mother use arnica gel to reduce knee pain, so now it is a household staple for both of them. Recently we started taking Carlson's cod liver oil with lemon every day, straight from a bottle, and that has helped get rid of knee pain even more than the arnica gel! Check my reviews.
