"I'm not much of one for pills, so instead I had to find a bifidus supplement that I could chew. The taste of this supplement is very mild and palatable. I have stomach problems and I've noticed that I'm not as nauseous as I usually am when I take these. I take them with my other chewable supplements and their flavors end up blending together nicely - almost like a morning piece of candy."

"My husband and I take these and the banana ones. Since I am not an expert I can't really speak to the effectiveness of the product but the flavors are pleasant and easy to chew up and get down even without water. Since I hate yogurt, I feel like these are a good alternative. Also the price is reasonable in my opinion. At one time I suffered from a bad infection (you know what I am talking about girls) but then I went low carb and haven't had that problem since! I still take these just for overall good health!"
