"I read about Senna Tea in a magazine and I decided to try it out. I drank the first night and then another cup the next morning. I lost 5lbs. I kid you not. This tea works. They recommend you not to drink it for more than a week. I wouldn't drink it more than two days. It is a good powerful tea. So you want to lose a quick 5lbs here you go."

"Purchased the Alvita Senna Leaf Tea last year and it made me cramp really bad, broke out in a sweat and became very nautious. Tried it again last night and woke up this morning with severe cramps and a very loose stool. Senna leaf is too harsh for my system but I'm pleased to know it works for some. "I purchased this product, Altiva Sienna Tea, not knowing that its' main use is as a laxative. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Altiva people would include this clue on their product description? I drank a cup of this fairly tasty tea, assuming, from what I'd read on the carton, that it's just plain healthy for a person. Then, in the middle of the night I woke up with stomach cramps. The next morning? Diarrhea!! I had to go online and Google the words 'Sienna Tea' to find out what caused the problem. Altiva has just lost a customer."
