"My husband and I tried many different brands of glutamine and so far this is one of the best. We normally take glutamine dry and then drink liquid immediately. This has no weird taste like the others. My husband is a personal trainer and recommends that I take glutamine."

"EAsy on my tummy, i take 15gms everyday and dont complain about the taste guys,if it taste good it's probably not good for you! No 1 on my pre and post workout plans! read up on glutamine and you'll find it's a effective fat burnner!"
