"Because of going to the gym, I started taking magnesium to help heal my muscles faster because I have fibromyalgia.

The real drawback for me of this supplement is the diarrheal effect it has. If taken too many times during the day it can cause extreme diarrhea and stomach upset if taken without food. Lots of water must be drank for this to work properly.

I didn't feel a difference in my muscles probably because I was dealing with the stomach issues more."

"I get migraines almost daily. I read that magnesium can help. I have only been taking it for a short time, a couple of weeks maybe. I think my headaches have improved somewhat. I don't seem to get them as often and they don't seem as severe. I hope the headaches continue to improve."
