"Just read the label, this combination is the best on the market for women looking for calcium supplements. The capsules are in a powdered form, and do not lay heavy in the stomach as some do. For those who have problems swallowing large calcium pills these can even be opened and added to yogurt or pudding. This Cal/Mag/D formula is tops in my opinion. "Since I started taking this, I feel better than ever!! The only problem I have with any of the NSI products is the instructions are not very clear on when to take this product or if you need to take it with food. The only instructions are the dosage information. Thank goodness I had read other reviews and was informed of the fact Magnesium can make you sleepy and should be taken at night. Boy was I greatful as this does indeed make me very tired and I cannot take it in the day time."

"This is my second order for NSI Calcium Magnesium and Vitamin D. I have found that in later years I have pain in my hips and just figured it was something I had to accept with age, but since I have been on this product I have had no hip problems. Normally when I have the pain in my hips I have to cut back on my workouts, but I have realized that I am no longer having the pain. "I have always preferred capsules to tablets, but have had a hard time finding the right dosage and quality in calmag. Also, some calmag capsules I had been taking have broken open, not a good thing. Not so with NSI. I am very pleased with this product and recommend it highly."
