"I'm emotionally bizarre during my hormonal fluctuations, and only recently started researching what kind of natural herbs and vitamins asissted in balancing women during PMS. This contains most of them, and boy, does it work. When I take them the week before my period, I'm mostly normal emotionally, have less pain, am less bloated and happy overall. Plus totally amused at the cheeky 80's drawing on the front."
