"Since going into menopause my metabolism has greatly reduced. Sometimes the green tea works as expected but then the next day I don't get the same results. I suppose I haven't found the right dosage for my personal needs, so I'm still checking out."

"500 mg 98% polyphenols per 1 capsule. Need i say more?! The product is inexpensive and its about double strength of anything i've encountered before (minus life extension which is more expensive). I bought for help with my gastritis and for extra antioxidant activity. Thanks!"

"I just bought this 3 weeks ago and have not felt the effect yet. The instruction says to take it with meal. If taken with meal I don't feel any difference, still feel tired by the end of the day like I didn't have enough sleep. Tried to take it on empty stomach then eat 2 hours later, somehow felt less hungry (like the effect I had when I was on Hoodia), but as far as the fatigue is concerned it has not changed (yet). Maybe I will wait and see for another 4-6 weeks if there is any difference."

"i have been wondering what all the buzz was about on green tea - that is what you get from this - a buzz - my mistake was that i took it in the afternoon... i have not tried it yet in the morning - so i am unsure of the benefits - other than it amps you up...... i would recommend a lower dosage and will check that out. also, if you are on any thyroid medication - i would check with health care provider before taking this supplement."
