"I just bought this 3 weeks ago and have not felt the effect yet. The instruction says to take it with meal. If taken with meal I don't feel any difference, still feel tired by the end of the day like I didn't have enough sleep. Tried to take it on empty stomach then eat 2 hours later, somehow felt less hungry (like the effect I had when I was on Hoodia), but as far as the fatigue is concerned it has not changed (yet). Maybe I will wait and see for another 4-6 weeks if there is any difference."
