"I alternate this vitamin with New Chapters vitamin which is quite a bit more expensive. I find both to perform well for me. However I have been ordering this one more frequently due to the price and no noticeable difference in quality compared to New Chapter. It is packed with all the right things plus some nice additions that you can't find in other vitamins for the price. I dose 1 in the morning and 1 at night to allow my body to use the contents all day. I believe that you will not be disappointed in this product. Country Life has been in business for a very long time and has a great reputation in the industry (no, I do not work for them lol)."

"I don't feel any different having taken these vitamins vs. not taking them as others claim. However, I know that they do contain a nice variety of necessary vitamins and herbal supplements that are good for you (esp. Men).
The pills are a bit on the large size (i.e. horse pill) and taste pretty bad, so make sure you dont let them hang out in your mouth too long before swallowing."
