"I really like using this product. My hair was starting to thin and not grow so well after I passed the magic age of '50'. Since taking this, my hair is growing and looks much healthier! Would (and do) recommend this to everyone with hair growth issues!"

"I have been taking this biotin for 3 weeks and have nails!!! I took off my sculptured nails two years ago because I was allergic to the products. I have very weak nails and just keep them short. Yesterday, I painted them a red! They look fantastic and are so strong! For such a tiny pill, it sure does pack a big punch. I will continue to take these!"

I recommend this product because it has a higher dosage (which is still safe and recommended by some doctors) and it is a reputable brand name.
