"I have given my bottles away 2 times already- 1 to my mom the other to my best friend. It is hard to find this dosage in aspartate form! I am glad I found it. I agree- we don't get enough of these 2 minerals that need to be taken in this ratio to be effective."

"Good complete and balanced, easily absorbed source of Magnesium complemented with Potassium. Magnesium is VERY important and most people do not get nearly enough.
Cost can't stop you from using this great product."

"These are a little on the large size as tablets go so feel kind of heavy on the stomach but if you take with meals they do just fine."
